If you are a retired or disabled member, or are receiving monthly survivor or QDRO benefits, there are two quick and easy ways to inform us of your new address, phone number, or email address:
Simply login to the ERSRI Member Portal and make your changes directly online.
Alternately, you may download a Change of Information form and return it to ERSRI. Completed forms may be mailed to 50 Service Ave., 2nd Floor, Warwick RI 02886 or faxed to (401) 462-7691.
